Leca BLOCKset Mortar 1010
Description:
Leca BLOCKset Mortar – 1010 is a ready-to-mix, curing cementitious mortar made with graded Leca aggregate, mineral binders, Portland cement, and polymeric additives. It ensures strong mechanical bonding and adhesion between blocks and surfaces, offering high-strength bond performance when mixed with water.
Fields of Application:
For bonding aerated concrete and other high-water-absorbing construction elements, such as Leca blocks, Pumice blocks, Fly ash bricks, AAC blocks & panels.
Leca BLOCKset Adhesive 1020
Description:
Leca BLOCKset Adhesive – 1020 is a ready-to-mix, self-curing cementitious adhesive made with powdered Leca aggregate, mineral binders, Portland cement, and polymeric additives. It ensures strong mechanical bonding between blocks and surfaces, offering high-strength thixotropic performance when mixed with water.
Fields of Application:
For bonding aerated concrete and other high-water-absorbing construction elements, such as Leca blocks, Pumice blocks, Fly ash bricks, and AAC blocks & panels.
Leca POWER TILEset adhesive 1052
Description:
Leca POWER TILEset adhesive 1052 is high performance cementitious flexible cement -based tile adhesive in the form of gray and white powder, it consists of Portland cement, powder of Leca aggregate and special additive, it suitable for medium and small sized of all type of interior and external area on both floor and wall
Fields of Application:
- Interior and exterior floor and wall bonding of all types and sizes of tiles, natural stones, marble, granite, porcelain, clinker, and cotto on cementitious renders, screeds, and concrete.
- Bonding of all types and sizes of tiles and glass mosaics in swimming pools, bathrooms, water tanks, basins, and other wet places.
- Bonding of tiles in places where sudden temperature changes occur, like cold storage depots, and under/over floor heating installations.
- Bonding in areas subject to heavy traffic like shopping malls, hospitals, and schools.
